Mott has introduced the new 7710 series filters designed to accommodate lower pressure liquid and gas filtration applications. Porous metal elements for this model are 10" long, 316 L stainless steel cartridges in either a double open ended or 1" NPT connection configuration. The 316 stainless steel housing comes standard with a Buna N housing seal to provide strength and dependability. Other seals and “O” rings are available to support applications requiring higher temperature or corrosion resistance.
The 7710 series filters are designed for maximum operating pressures of 300 psi (housing) and include a ¼” NPT housing drain, ¼” NPT gauge ports and 1" FNPT line connections. Outside-In filter area is 0.54 ft2. Each porous metal filter element is 100% leak tested to bubble point.
Applications for this filter include liquid, steam, air, gases process filtration, sampling filtration, polishing filtration and pilot or test filtration (i.e., feasibility, filterability, efficiency, backwash capability, cake characterization, and pre-coat performance).

Aeromatic Systems provides water ring vacuum pump and compressor having non-pulsating vacuum and pressure. The pump can be made of any of the materials such as CIFG-260, gun metal, phosphor bronze, aluminium bronze, SS-304/316, alloy steel, etc. as per requirements. The design saves energy by operating at low periphery speed at specific power of 60-65 m3 /hr/KW, vacuum upto 700 mm Hg and pressure upto 3.5 kg/cm2. The air ejector has capacity ranging from 50-2000 m3 /hr and vacuum upto 25 mm Hg abs.
The pump doesn’t require lubrication and can conveniently handle air/gas/air with water. It is available with stuffing box type gland seal arrangement or mechanical seal and can be easily maintained with axial clearance in mm size.

Ametek now offers heat ex-changers of ultrahigh-purity (UHP) PFA tubing ideal for wet etching, cleaning and other chemical processes in the semiconductor and solar energy industries that heat or cool highly corrosive high-purity acids. The compact, durable heat exchangers conform to the highest standards of purity and provide long service life with no contamination of the product or fouling of the system, even while processing highly corrosive liquids.
The heat exchangers are designed specifically to be immersed in acid baths to control fluid temperatures. They offer an excellent combination of high performance and low operating costs. They are inert to nearly all chemicals used in semiconductor and photovoltaic wet processing, less brittle than glass and graphite, and more corrosion resistant than most metals.
The heat exchangers feature braided tubing bundles and unique fused honeycomb ends that provide significantly better heat transfer from a much smaller footprint than similar heat exchangers and ensures a long service life with no leaks or other thermo-mechanical failures commonly found in heat exchangers. They are available in a variety of standard and custom welded /threaded connections that allow them to fit existing equipment designs or serve as drop-in replacements for other heat exchangers. The heat exchangers also can be custom fitted to a bulkhead, sealing with a jam nut and O-ring.
